About Us and Strategy

Sydri Energy Group collectively refers to Sydri Operating and related Ball Park Energy Partnerships. We are a proven Management Team with deep operations and commercial experience.

Made 5 acquisitions since 2017 forming Ball Park Energy, LLC (BPE) I, II, III, IV, and V. Partnerships are funded with equity from Management and Friends/Family, along with debt.

BPE I has been monetized, while BPE II, III, & IV are active.

Ball Park Energy V, formed in 2024, acquired Crimson Eagle Ford assets in Frio and La Salle Counties, Texas. Asset is currently being developed with a drill-co partner.

Sydri Operating is a Registered Operator that operates for Ball Park Energy and its Partners within a Joint Operating Agreement. It was founded by Randy Wilkins in 2008.
